Noir Cancellation Policy:
HAIR:
Each stylist has their own cancellation policy. Please see the "Staff" tab prior to scheduling. By requesting an appointment you agree to their policy and consent to be charged the cancellation fee if the policy is not upheld.
SPA:
24 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations. Any appointment canceled with less than this amount of time can be charged up to 100% of your scheduled appointment charge or your deposit maybe withheld.
Either a new client deposit will be required or a credit card maybe asked to be kept on file for all new clients or at our discretion.
**All new clients making online appointment requests are required to pay a
$30 deposit to secure your appointment**
This deposit will go towards your service. Please be sure to pay this deposit before submitting your online request.
We do not accept walk-in appointments at this time.
