Book an Appointment Online

We will confirm your appointment by e-mail after your request has been received.  Please make sure you received a confirmation email otherwise the booking was not successful. If you haven't received an email text us at 586-752-0111 to confirm. 

If you are an existing client and using online booking for the first time- click "forgot password" to set up a password. Your email already exists in our salon database if you have been here before! All new clients can create a new account. 

           *Currently, we are not accepting children's cuts (10yrs & under).  For children 11 yrs and older, it be charged as a women's/men's                                                     haircut.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

**MAKE SURE AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION

EMAIL- OTHERWISE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT SCHEDULED**

*All new clients making online appointment requests are required to pay a $30 deposit to secure your appointment*

Please be sure to pay this deposit before submitting your online request.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

HAIR:

Each stylist has their own cancellation policy. Please see the "Staff" tab prior to scheduling. By requesting an appointment you agree to their policy and consent to be charged the cancellation fee if the policy is not upheld.

SPA:

24 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations. Any appointment canceled with less than this amount of time can be charged up to 100% of your scheduled appointment charge or your deposit maybe withheld. 

Either a new client deposit will be required or a credit card maybe asked to be kept on file for all new clients or at our discretion.
